Noise coming through drain line from another condo.system cooling well at this time.
Performed system maintenance. Unit is installed in condo. Could not access supply ducts as they are in ceiling and unit has no return duct. All electrical and mechanical components are functioning properly. Homeowner will be in PA. They will call to schedule next maintenance.
Remove grilles and rotobrush duct clean each supply was not done because the ductwork wasductbored. Chris and Caleb replaired ductleaks for 89$
Could not access ducts as they are under the floor of the condo bldg. did not clear drain line as it is linked into one common line and I do not want to damage it. Put approximately 4oz of drain solv with 4oz of water down condensate line to help make sure it is clean. Compressor amps are good, cond fan amps are good. Caps are good for air handler and condenser.
PTU: total precision tune-up, Remove debris from outdoor unit, wash out condenser coil, light brush and inspection of evaporator coil, check microfarad values of all capacitors, check contact points on starter, check amp draw of both motors, lubricate where applicable, monitor refrigerant pressures, & thoroughly blow out drain line.

Homeowner is very interested in a solace Air cleaner but after talking to her about this, I realized the unit was not cooling properly. Unit is not moving heat, checked amp draw on compressor and there was none, capacitor was weak so I changed it temporarily to rule that out as a problem and it still didn't work. 1.3 ohms when checking windings on the compressor. Compressor is bad so I went over options with homeowner and set follow up for replacing unit along with IAQ package

No cool, system is 12 yrs old and has shorted condenser wire and contactor is burnt and pitted. Compressor is loud and has not been serviced. Customer can not afford system replacement and said she will call in a month or so when she can afford maintenance and contactor
